PROMATS Wear-Resistant Plates

Produced to customer requirement: a 3–16mm base plate hard-faced with a 4–8mm weld-overlay, giving an evenly spread microstructure with hardness of 58–65 HRC — extremely durable under harsh conditions.

On-Site Repairs

A dedicated team of qualified engineers and welders undertakes repairs of equipment such as buckets, dumper bodies and crane booms — work that can be carried out on site where required.

Packaging Consultancy

Consultancy for both domestic and export markets, optimising packaging to save money and manpower. Each client receives a customised solution after a study of their product — using eco-friendly, economical and robust materials, with a trained team executing contracts on time.

Fire-Retardant Paint
